having looked at this now for a little.

the three teams that stand out to me as having an "optimal" development cycle from these graphs would be

LA Panthers, WK Platoon, and Buffalo Stamped. each with an even distribution of players on low tpe from S44/45 and higher Tpe players between s30-38.

The other outliers:
Definately Rage, with a very clear bias to early career players.
and then the Jets, who are the only team without to my eye a clear curve at all.. nice scatter gun of talent spread there.

EDIT: The more I stare at this, the more I think "no, this can't be base R. It's too clean".

Yeah this is ggplot but minimal color palettes.
