After getting the news that I was being sent to Regina, I said my goodbyes to my teammates, packed my things, and headed off to the airport.  I had a layover in Calgary so I decided to go get something to eat.  It was a long, early flight, and I had yet to eat anything other than a cheese bagel.  After sitting down in one of the seating areas, my eyes caught a glimpse of someone. "No, it couldn't be," I thought to myself.  But it was.  Making sure I grabbed my food and my bag, I walk over to another table, occupied by somebody.  "Hey! Remember me?"  It was none other than Max Payne.  I had heard that he had been drafted by my former team, the Nevada Battleborn, so it was awesome to see him before he had to take off for Nevada.  After chatting a bit, I eventually had to get going.  Waving goodbye to my friend, I grabbed my bag and left for my gate.  I wish my former team, and Mr. Payne, both a great season, and I cannot wait to play them!
