On a seemingly quiet off night in Great Falls, Montana, the WWE production crew rolled up for a other edition of Monday Night Raw live from Great Falls Arena. The card was overall pretty limited with the transition from Vince McMahon booking to Triple H taking control and working in new storylines to hype up.

One story though was making the rounds around Great Falls that morning though, a recent media piece had proclaimed that Bog Damsel was declared Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the SMJHL, though they did have one loss to an undefeated opponent, Great Falls' own "The Hillbilly" Billy Hill. Coincidentally, Bog's team, the St Louis Scarecrows were also in town that day, leading to an interesting potential altercation. Agents were contacted in hopes that a match could be setup to determine who should rightfully be named the SMJHL Heavyweight champion.

That night, Raw opens to an unfamiliar theme:

Coming down the ramp was a face that was familiar to the crowd, the Hillbilly himself, Billy Hill. His presence was met with a loud pop from the fans in attendance. To enormous fanfare, Hill climbed over the top rope and grabbed a microphone.

"Great Falls! So you know me by now, but the WWE Universe may yet be blissfully unaware of what havoc I'm capable of. I keep hearing this... rumor or whatever, that Bog Damsel is the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the SMJHL."

The crowd boos in disgust at the thought...

"Right? I'm like 'You've gotta be shitting me
...' I wiped the floor with them on November 19th. We may have lost the match, but that was the only thing I lost. I put the league on notice. NO ONE can step to the Hillbilly!"

A loud chant of "Billy! Billy! Billy!" is unrelenting for a minute or so before he continues.

"As the infamous Nature Boy Ric Flair says, To be the man, you've gotta beat the man. You think you can take me, Bog? Come down the ramp and prove it. You and me for the title. Right here, Right now!"
