Week 2 and 3 of Calgary dragons media weekly review
Sorry for the delay of week 2 for media but i got to like a bunch of stuff etc what made me not able to write media for week 2 and i realized i could just wait for 2x week for calgary since its a great way to get some extra money from this well now lets continue with the games

We are starting with game 18 against winnipeg 5-0 loss here nothing really to say about this so lets jump to the MVP of the game: anastasia söderström our team this game didn’t really know how to play hockey expect söderström along with only letting in 5 on 54 shots he definitely deserves this for this game
Game 19 against edmonton 8-5L not a great one since the battle of alberta so far has been only victories (i think) our defence was really lacking in this game also MVP of the game sonja solberg with 3 assist thats a great doing getting 3 assist and most of them at the time could have helped calgary decide the game if things didn’t go the way they did 


Game 20 against texas 3-5 L not doing so great calgary now week 2 has been full of losses and this marks the 4th loss in a row. MVP of the game: SUNRISE VAN DE SCHUBBEKUTTEVEEN. I don’t really have any reasoning i just picked one of two players with 2 points and i picked the one with more icetime and better +/-


Game 21 against philadelphia 10-2 L Okay 5 losses in a row now calgary you need to pick up the pace if you want to play in the playoffs. MVP of the game: tom pedersen this was also basically just me picking someone from the calgary roster with a point no one really had a special game at this game.

Game 22 against Minnesota 7-3 L now we are 6 losses in a row now lets sure we don’t finish dead last in the league. MVP of the game: Sven holmberg with 2 points most in the team

Game 23 against winnipeg 6-1 W Finally calgary wins again the 6 game losing streak is over and man this was a great game with 6 goals unanswered from winnipeg MVP of the game: I want to pick two for this so i am: Rebecca montagne He had a amazing game 30 saves and only one goal allowed with a 97% save % and now the other is frøya solberg with 3 goals making it the first career hat-trick for frøya congratulations


Game 24 against Atlanta 3-2 OTL A close game but sadly couldn’t win the game MVP of the game: Rebecca montagne there is really no one else to put it here 51 shots faced and only 3 allowed this is really good goaltending.


Game 25 against san francisico 7-2 L not a great game but one funny thins is the two goals we did were with the same exact people and same exact order. SUNRISE VAN DE SCHUBBEKUTTEVEEN was the goalscorer for both goals Sonja solberg got the first assist and ryland murphy got the 2nd assist for both goals MVP of the game: SUNRISE VAN DE SCHUBBEKUTTEVEEN with 2 goals

Game 26 against los angeles: 4-6 L not a great game and why is SUNRISE VAN DE SCHUBBEKUTTEVEEN scoring 2 goals in a row again and he finishes with a 4 goal hat-trick

Game 27 San francisco: 4-3L not a great game but not a bad one either MVP of the game:  oranj kohje with 1 assist and +/- of +2

Game 28 against Baltimore: 7-0L Litteraly nothing good no one really had a good night expect the backup just perfection with 21 saves and 1 goal allowed

Game 29 against atlanta 5-2 L yeah another one of the not so good games MVP of the game: rebecca motagne: 38 saves and 4 goals allowed


Game 30 against Seattle 8-2 L yeah another one of these nights MVP of the game: rylan murphy for breaking the shutout for seattles goalie

Game 31 against chicago 6-3 L at any point if not counting our first goal we didn’t have a great time MVP of the game: SUNRISE VAN DE SCHUBBEKUTTEVEEN with 2 points

Game 32 against san francisco 5-2 L another not so great of a game here MVP of the game: Oranj Konhe with 2 points

Game 33 against tampa bay: 4-6 L this is now 10th loss in a row and calgary seems not to be doing so great after all MVP of the game: Arthur kaliyev with 2 points


Game 34 against winnipeg: 3-0 W And what a way to end the losing streak but with a shutout
MVP of the game Rebecca montagne with 29 save shutout 


Game 35 Against Florida 2-3 SOL and back to losing again infact if we remove Ws in between losses (like if there was only a single victory in between losing streaks) we would now have a 17 game losing streak this game tho was close  MVP of the game: Rebbeca montagne with 41 saves and 2 goals allowed

Game 36 Against florida: 2-5 L and another loss for calgary MVP of the game: SUNRISE VAN DE SCHUBBEKUTTEVEEN with the opening goal for calgary

Game 37 against san fransico: 6-3 L  now its 3 losses in a row MVP of the game: cheeks klapanen with 2 points


Game 38 against san fransisco: 7-6 W despite being outshot 33-52 we come up with the W now this is some hockey MVP of the game: Frøya solberg with 2 goals and 1 assist


Game 39 against specters 3-1 L nothing to say about this really: Mvp of the game rebecca montagne with 42 saves and 2 goals allowed
 
Game 40 against manhattan 5-3 W A great game from dragons now its fun to see these time to time when Im forced to look at all dragons came and see so many losses. MVP of the game: frøya solberg with 3 assist 


Game 41 against specters 5-2 L yeah we had a bad first period and after that it got a bit better MVP of the game: just perfection with 26 saves and 2 goals allowed

Game 42 against minnesota 6-4W Another W for the season thats great to see MVP of the game: walter melon with 3 points

Game 43 against seattle 4-1 L yeah nothing to say about this MVP of the game: SUNRISE VAN DE SCHUBBEKUTTEVEEN with the only goal for calgary

Game 44 against winnipeg 6-3 W and thats a great one MVP of the game: Sonja Solberg with 3 points

Game 45 against san fransico 6-1 L another not so great game for dragons. MVP of the game: Tom pedersen with the only goal

Game 46 against chicago 6-5 OTL a great 1 point game just couldn’t get the 2 points MVP of the game Kaarlo Koivunen with 2 points


Game 47 against newfoundland 4-6 L we had such a great start but then fell off MVP of the game: arthur kaliyev with 2 points

Game 48 against Toronto 3-0 W what a way to end the 3rd week with a shutout MVP of the game: rebecca montagne with 23 save shutout


Now that the game section is over we shall cover the stats and stuff
First of all covering calgarys standing in the SHL Calgary is currently 17th in the entire league 8th in the conference and 3rd in the division So its not looking good for calgary to win any playoff series really but only time will tell


Now onto team stats themselves 
Calgarys point and goal scoring is led by SUNRISE VAN DE SCHUBBEKUTTEVEEN with 25 goals and 47 points. Inside calgary rookie scoring is led by sonja solberg with 40 points and frøya is a close second with 39 points
Calgarys defender points are led by cheeks klapanen with 24 points and 8 goals he also has the most icetime from calgary players
Jaden tanner is leading the calgary +/- stat with -2
