Hey everybody!  The GreatToeJam and I are currently seeking 2 podcast graders and 1 media grader to join our team.


Media grader duties include:

• Reading through all media posted during your grading period
  
• Assigning a bonus to applicable media
  
• Confirming word count and checking for AI content
  
• Participate in discussions with the SHL Media head about member engagement and improving the media community.
  
• Filling in grading spreadsheet
  
• Submitting a bank request for all graded media during your period
  

Podcast grader duties include:

• Listen to all podcasts posted during your grading period.
  
• Confirm that the podcast adheres to the guidelines of the Media team.
  
• Submit a brief summary for promotion initiatives.
  
• Participate in discussions with the SHL Media head about member engagement and improving the podcast community.
  
• Filling in grading spreadsheet.
  
• Submit a bank request for all graded podcasts during your period.
  

We consider media grading a great entry-level job for new members of our community so don't hesitate to apply!

For media graders, pay is $5,000,000 per season with a $1,000,000 bonus for not missing either of your monthly grading periods.

For podcast graders, the pay is $5,000,000 per season, with a $1,000,000 bonus for activity. An additional bonus may be awarded if there are a significant number of podcasts to be graded in a season.

Applications are due Sunday, July 28th at 11:59pm EST. A small group might be selected for a second round of interviews that includes some test grading and the position will be filled by the end of the season, at the latest.
