As many of you know, at the end of each season, we have a tradition of automatically giving the maximum bonus to all articles and podcasts related to the SHL/SMJHL drafts and the WJC/IIHF tournaments. If you're more into graphic design than writing, our friends at the gfx department will also post the dates for their special week.

A. IIHF/WJC Media “Week”: Commencing now until August 7th, at 23:59 Pacific Time - for the entire tournament duration - all articles and podcasts related to the IIHF tournament or the WJC tournament, whether current or past, will be valued at double the standard rate. This season, the graphics department also initiated

Please include (2x IIHF) (2 x WJC) or an equivalent marker in your thread subject to help the graders.

B. SHL Draft Media Week: Starting immediately and running until July 31th, at 23:59 Pacific Time - encompassing a few days before and after the draft - all articles and podcasts about the SHL Draft, whether current or past, will be worth double.

Please add (2x SHL Draft) or an equivalent marker in your thread subject.

C. SMJHL Draft Media Week: Beginning only on  July 31st, and extending until August 7th, at 23:59 Pacific Time - once again, covering a few days before and after the draft - all articles and podcasts related to the SMJHL Draft, whether current or past, will be valued at double the standard rate.

Please add (2x SMJHL Draft) or an equivalent marker in your thread subject.

For new players: Please know that all new members of our community can request an automatic 2x media bonus for their first article or their first podcast. If your first submission is during a 2x event, you can use your 2x first media bonus on your next article/podcast.
