Former St. Louis Scarecrow player, the short 5'9 guy who's been called the latino rocket Jeff Santiago mysteriously disappeared from the SMJHL in the height of his junior career. He plans on giving the league another shot. We asked him what are his plans for the league. "Help the team as much as I can.
