Hello all! After a single season as Montreal Impact GM, I am pleased to be returning for next year and beyond. Unfortunately, my Co-GM has stepped down after a great year of mentoring me and helping me learn the ropes of being a GM. That means, there is an opening that needs to be filled, ASAP!

Please PM me your application and answer the following questions to the best of your abilities:

2) What managerial experience do you have?

3) What do you believe may be the problem with the Impact now and how can we go about changing it to make the team competitive again?

4) Would you rather a player that is a sure thing for one season or a player who has a decent chance at becoming a star for two and why?

5) What aspect of being a Co-GM would you consider your strengths?

6) What aspects of being a Co-GM would you consider as an area to work on?

7) Do you have any previous affiliation to the franchise?

8) What player attributes do you think are most important? Least important?

9) Which drafting philosophy would you utilize? Best Player Available or Team Needs?

11) Do you have any ideas of how to entice fresh recruits/free agents? If so, do you have the means to implement those ideas?

12) What do you think is lacking in the Montreal Impact sub-forum (information, history, etc)? Would you be able/willing to help add to it if necessary?

13) Any other comments?

I will be looking for someone who is very active and willing to participate in scouting, keeping up with the league, giving input on lines, and all in all, making the Montreal Impact the best place to be. Experience is not required! Montreal Alumni preferred!
