I understand Wastlund is pronounced with the "Wah", but I thought "Wasty" was on purpose an American nickname for your player, and thus I read it "Way-stee", too.

Correct however correct pronunciation in Swedish is "Wah-st-loon-D" so to "Americanize it" it's like Nasty in English with a W.
