The following is an internal Email from the St.Louis Scarecrows team Sports Psychologist to the Scarecrows Ownership Group. It was obtained by St.Louis Today Sports editors by an unnamed member of the ownership group.

Pregame skate, Prince George.
Notes on Teams overall Psychological Disposition

Watched Scarecrows morning skate in Prince George.
Team seems listless, lackadaisical, uninspired.
Drills were sloppy and overall effort was in the words of the coaching staff

Had several interns pose as reporters interspersed among the media and questioned several players as they came off the ice.

Noticeable irritability from the entire team.

Intern questions were specific to each player with several general questions that hinted at team relocation.

Highlighted several players reactions to questions about the poor start to the regular season.

1-Ryan Hartwas visibly upset, tone of answer and the body language contradicted his standard positive thoughts spin.

2- John Matthews was very curt with responses and he refused to take any Q's that suggested this might be a replay of last seasons finish.

3- Winston Windsor increasing hostility with questions that reached a violent confrontation when question about his height was spontaneously added by the intern.

4.- Steve French laconic, almost too laid back ...was not on S24 squad ...But, several red flags here...possibly intoxicated

5. Carl Mountain refused any comment and chewed the micro recorder the intern was holding,then Spat the chewed pieces at the intern.

6. Ben Troy, Inigo Cook answers were standard with no noticeable negative body language..Barney Tuzis exhibited arrogant narcissistic tendencies...should be noted none of these three were on the S24 squad.

7.John Wick not questioned..refused to leave the ice for an additional 30 minutes and then slipped by our interns during the Carl Mountain incident.

**Recommendations and Opinion**

It is apparent that the team is not exhibiting the proper motivation and personnel changes should be considered.
Team building exercises could be considered as an alternative..Several players should be tested for chemical dependency issues before this alternative is implemented.

If the current overall attitude of this team is not corrected immediately,then the season can not be saved.

If ownership is content on remaining in Saint Louis, the rumors of movement must be refuted publicly.
*NOTE* Every player questioned regarding the movement of this franchise showed a positive reaction to the questions.

*OPINION* On review of these videos I think you the ownership should consider the dismissal of team management.

In conclusion this team is not performing to expectations based on Preseason results which could be highly questionable.
But, considering the S24 regular season results and S25 Preseason in totality the nucleus of this team is capable of capturing the 4 Star Cup.

Ownership should immediately make a decision as to their expectations in regards to the S25 Scarecrows.
