Let me ask a question, if something it posted on a platform that is accessible to anybody, is it ever private? Is anything on the internet private? Now I agree, posting that here without consent is by far horrible and unnecessary. He deserves a suspension. But saying it's an invasion of privacy when it's put on a public website is asinine, honestly. It's wrong to post, yes. But it isn't invading any privacy that he didn't already forfeit with putting it online in the first place.
I'm not sure I wouldn't have made it a bit longer of a ban, but with precedent, this is about right. Following previous suspensions, it's the common punishment.
