Let's take a look to this year's players for the SHL draft.

We start with the players which were drafted in the S27 SJHL draft.

1.OV JACKSON CARTIER (D) (VAN) TPE:255 (5G-24A, -4)

Cartier has a good rookie season with Vancouver, but compared to some of his opponents in the draft, he has fallen behind. But he has still the potential to be a nr. 1 pick.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 3-8

2.OV GUNNAR RASK © (DET) TPE: 297 (9G - 21A,-21)
Rask also had a good rookie season. Playing first line center in Detroit helped a lot for his development. He is a really hot candidate for the nr. 1 Pick(2).
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 2-4

3.OV MICHAEL MCFADDEN (G) (PGF) TPE 279 (8W, 0,860%, 3,70GAA)

It's no easy job to be the starting goalie for the worst team in the league and even harder if you are an rookie. McFadden did the best he can do and there is certainly a team in the SHL who need a goalie who already went through hell.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 4-9

4.OV ALEXANDER ØDEGAARD (LW) (DET) TPE 194 (6G - 5A,-11)

It seems as if he is inactive. So no further comments.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted very late

5.OV BENNETT JONES (RW) (PGF) TPE 269 (15G - 19A, -15)
Leads his team in points and goals as a rookie. Finished second in rookies points among the league. In a really dark year for PFG, he was one of the bright spots.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 3-6

6.OV MARC-ANDRÉ MOREAU (D) (HAL) TPE 282 (3G - 18A, +6)

He has done a great job in his first year in the league. Being drafted by the champion isn't a easy situation, but Moreau did really well and is the first player from last years SMJHL draft with a positive +/- statistic.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 4-9

7. OV QUINN STEVENSON (D) (DET) TPE301 (11G - 25A,-15)

Stevenson had a very good rookie season. He leads all rookies in points and this as a defender. He also is the top contender for the rookie of the year award. With his offensive touch, he can be very dangerous from the blue line. Every franchise could be happy with a defender like him.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 2-4

8. OV SAINT JERICHO (D) (PGF) TPE 203 (6G - 18A,-17)
Jericho is the second disappointment of the last year first round draftees.
It seems that he also is inactive. So no further comments.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted very late

9.OV MIKKO LINNA (RW) (KEL) TPE 281 (15G - 18A, +8)
Linna was the only draft pick Kelowna had last year and they drafted very well. Linna had a great season, he finished on 3rd place by rookies point race and first in rookies goal scored.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 3-6

10.OV PRINCE DANIEL JAMES (D) (DET) TPE 235 (10G - 23A, +2)
Had also played a good season in Detroit and is one of only a few players in Detroit how have a positive+/-. With 3 points behind his teammate Stevenson, James is 5th in rookie scoring.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 8-12

11.OV WILLIAM MARNER (D) (HAL) TPE 166 (7G - 21A,+1)
It seems that he also is inactive. So no further comments.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted very late

12.OV JUSSI RUUTU (LW) (STL) TPE 217 (3G -3A, -8)
With 6 points out of 50 games it was a poor first season for Ruutu, he wasn't able to reach the expectations.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 18-22

13. OV RISING HIPPO (LW) (DET) TPE 218 (14G - 16A, +3)
Hippo played a good season and had really good stats. But for the reason that it seems he is only semi-active anymore a good draft position is gone.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 18-22

14. OV HUNKY MONKEY (D) (PGF) TPE 226 (5G - 14A, -23)
He played a solid first season but this -23 are scary even for a team that has so bad statistics as PGF. But with some solid work he could be a great defender.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 13-17

15.OV JONAS STATKUS (RW) (MON) TPE 155 (0G, -0A, 0)
Montreal first choose last year was Statkus, he only played 1min during the hole last season. Good for Montreal they didn't need him to be great.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted very late

16. OV LEVI KUBRAK © (VAN) TPE 233 (12G - 21A, +5)
Kubrak did made a really good job as Vancouvers second line center. The reward of this season is place 4 in rookie scoring and the chance to get a good draft position.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 10-15

17. OV ADAM GREENHOLM (D) (VAN) TPE193 (5G - 19A, +12)
He played a good first year and had an impressive +12 (best in Vancouver), but for the reason he only is semi active it will be a late second rounder.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 24-28

18.OV PABLO BIZNETTE (D) (MON) TPE 189 (3G - 22A, +16)

also the second pick of Montreal seems to be inactive.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted very late

19.OV KEN KENNEDY ANDERSON (G) (PGF) TPE 174 (3W, 0,828%, 4,18GAA)

He lost the race against McFadden for the nr. 1 goalie spot in PGF and it seems that he also lost his work ethic and is happy with his situation as goalie nr. 2. He only has a chance to be drafted high if somebody needs a goalie urgently.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 26-32

20.OV KALID DERMONT (LW) (DET) TPE 193 (12G - 7A, +10)
Dermont could be a real goal scorer. He scored 12 Goals none of these in power play. It seems that he found the way back and could be a real steel in the draft, if he managed to stay active.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 23-28

21. OV JHONAS VILLE (G) (COL) TPE 155 (7W, 0,904%, 2,26GAA)

He really have great stats for a rookie goalie, but for the reason he is inactive we will not see much of him. (I found no update page)
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted very late

22.OV STEVEN BUTABI © (VAN) TPE 155 (11G - 9A, 0)
Has also no update page, So no further comments.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted very late

Now we pass on to the players who were not in SMJHL draft.

WILJIAN ZJANG © (DET) TPE 231 (4G - 11A, -12)
His rookie season wasn't so good, but if he continues to develop, the second season can be more successful.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 12-17

JHIN (G) (HAL) TPE 172 (4W, 0,846%, 3,34GAA)

He did a solid job as backup goalie for the Raiders.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 25-32

JOHNNY WATSON © (MON) TPE 210 (10G - 21A, +20)

Watson had a good first season in Montreal, in that high scoring team he finished in 10th place in team scoring. With this 31 Points he would be a top 6 in most of the other teams.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 13-18

XAVIER LAINE (LW) (MON) TPE 200 (14G - 10A, +19)
Laine had a solid first season. With an impressive +19 rating, one of the best among all other rookies.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 15-20

WESLY WELLS (RW) (MON) TPE 194 (13G - 18A, +20)
like his line mate Watson he has a similar first season.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 13-18

DUFFY HELLMAN (G) (STL) TPE 185 (18W, 0861%, 3,38GAA)
His situation can be compared with that from McFadden, but his stats are a little bit better. His work ethic is the big difference and a reason why he will be drafted much later.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 23-30

MARC ANDRE MALKIN (D) (STL) TPE 242 (9G - 24A, +10)
He had a very good season and is a candidate for rookie of the year. He can crash the top 10 in the SHL draft as undrafted SMJHL player.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 7-12

COREY HIXENLONG (LW) (STL) TPE 173 (6G - 6A, 0)
He only played 27 games this season and scored 12 points. So it was a good first half season for him. And therefore he could be another steel in the SHL draft.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 20-28

RICHI PECKER (D) (COL) TPE 173 (0G - 8A, +5)

Pecker joined the Mammoths during the season and played 34 games, he managed to get 8 assists and for a defender it is a solid half season.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 25-32

MIKKE LAUKKANEN (G) (KEL) TPE 181 (4W, 0,847%, 3,88GAA)
He did his job as backup goalie for the Knights and was solid in doing this. Like all the other backup goalies too.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 25-32

MIA LANDVIK (D) (KEL) TPE 236 (4G - 19A, -3)

Landvik played a solid first season and was able to finished first among Knights defenders. She has the potential to get drafted very high.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 8-14

DIETER DOMINIQUE (RW) (KEL) TPE 206 (9G - 9A, 0)
he played a solid first season and could also be a steel in the upcoming draft.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 14-20

DENIS LEVER (RW) (KEL) TPE 190 (0G, 0A, 0)
Lever only played 7 games for the Knights, but with his work ethic he will be able to shine next season.
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 16-22

KJELL EIDE © (PGF) TPE 263 (10G - 21A, -19)
He played a good rookie season, certainly the -19 are terrible to see. But playing for the struggling PGF team wasn't easy. (He is one of my secret favorites for the top pick)
SHL draft prognoses: will be drafted between pick 2-6

So I am finished now, hopefully I have found all rookies. If there is someone missing, I'm sorry.
