My biggest issue with this league and PBP TPE isn't the amount of TPE it gives. It's a lot of work and in terms of minute per TPE it might be the least efficient TPE/minute in the league. The shitty thing is not everyone has the opportunity to earn that 10 TPE. I think they need to have some sort of alternative way to get that TPE so everyone in the league can earn it. To be fair though, I'm not sure how many people are trying to get them that end up not being able to. But it's crossed my mind a couple of times...last season I could show up at the posted time and get one without too much worry. BUt when they're posted when people are asleep and claimed before they wake up it gets kind of shitty.

Right now we say 'well game one is simmed monday at 7pm' and user sign up based on their availability to be able to do it at the time we mention. After like i told you, it come on a person basis and there is no idylic world that user will be present at exactly 7pm to do the pbp.

My idea didn't include the random part at the end of CC's idea, so I shouldn't have represented it as the same idea. The current system is not what I described though, because the current system involves users posting for which game they will take, and not what day they are available. If that wasn't clear in my screenshot, then I apologize.

As far as an idylic world, we know users will have something come up, but the current system is all too slack. There's no accountability on the users who sign up, and it doesn't appear that anyone in charge thinks that's a problem. I would be happy to help in anyway though, because I think it's a feature of the site that shouldn't be let to die.

well before people were almost automatically getting 8 TPE and were able to do 3 in a a season. that was 24 TPE quite easy to get. now users are limites to 15 TPE at max

I love the long PBPs so long as they have good pacing and timing but others, Sweg for example, hate those and would prefer to see 1 big post - which, in turn, I hate. Its why I thought you know, we have a rubric which everyone will agree too. Meaning like the length of it, pictures/gifs , effort, entertainment, etc...

Also I like the grading of TPE because a member can literally put no effort into the PbP and like 30 minutes and yet gets 10 TPE. Its just plain dumb. I want it graded.
