Hey guys and gals and everything in between WildfireMicro here with BAP Recap S70 Games 5-8! This is the series where I go over every Baltimore Platoon game and recap what happened in them. If this is your first time reading this series, I will be going over the stats of each game, the shots on goal, who got the stars in each game, and who on BAP I think is the Player of the game if we have won that game. Last time on here Baltimore went 2-2 through the three opening day games, and Sir Devoir was having a bad time. So without any further ado let's begin:
The next game for the Platoon would be an unfortunate 3-2 loss versus the New England Wolfpack, who my previous players were prospects of. Sir Devoir would of course be the goalie in this game (might as well call this series "WFM loses his mind watching his goalie player suffer") who would save 38 shots while letting in 3 goals with 41 shots total for a goalie rating of 89. Sven Svechnikov and Outdoor Truck would score in the first for the Wolfpack, while Lord Raiden and Gravy Train would score for the Platoon. No one would score in the second, however Jacques Hammer would end up scoring the game winning goal in the third for the Wolfpack. NEW would shoot 22 shots on goal to the Baltimore's 6 (hey BAP you're leaving Devoir out to dry here), 12 shots to BAP's 13 in the second, and 7 shots to BAP's 5 in the third. Outdoor Truck and Jayson Aittokallio would get the two stars for NEW, while Bob Duncan would get the one star for BAP. Sir Devoir would FINALLY get a break in this one,as Baltimore would defeat the Hamilton Steelhawks 3-2 in overtime. He would save 39 shots while letting in 2 goals with 41 shots overall, for a perfect goalie rating of 100. Aleksandr Iskandrov would start the scoring for Hamilton in the first, while Yngve Simonsson would score in the second for BAP. Manny Calavera for Hamilton and Raiya Rabinov for Baltimore would score in the third, while M'Baku Olubori would score the game winning goal in overtime for Baltimore. BAP would get 8 shots on goal to Hamilton's 18, 11 shots on goal to HAM's 9 in the second, 10 shots on goal to HAM's 11 in the third, and 4 shots to HAM's 3 in overtime. Jamal Nightingale and Sir Devoir (about damn time) would get the stars for Baltimore, while Sven Panda would get the only star for HAM. Sir Devoir is happy again in the next one, as he would be in goal for the next game as Baltimore would defeat the Tampa Bay Barracuda at home 4-2. He would save 25 shots while allowing in 2 goals for 27 shots overall and a goalie rating of 80. So not the best goalie rating compared to the opposing goalie getting 90, but a win is a win. Vladmir Petrov would score in the first for Tampa, and Dwight Knight would also score for them in the second before Gregory Goode would score for BAP also in the second. Lord Raiden, M'Baku Olubori, and Jamal Nightingale would all score in the third for BAP to give them the win. Tampa would get 6 shots to Baltimore's 17 in the first, 13 shots to Baltimore's 16 in the second, and 8 shots to Baltimore's 11 in the third. Just seems like the Tampa goalie was forced to stand on his head for the whole game here with all the shots that Baltimore had. Gravy Train and M'Baku Olubori would get the two stars for Baltimore, while Dwight Knight would get the only star for Tampa. Gravy Train is my Player of the game for this win. Rusty Remao would get his first solo loss of the season I believe l, as Baltimore would lose 4-3 to Tampa in a shootout. Rusty would save 24 shots while letting in 4 goals for a total of 27 shots and a goalie rating of 68. Not that good when you compare it to the opposing goalies near perfect rating of 99. M'Baku Olubori and Gravy Train would score in the first period for Baltimore, while Lord Zomp would score in the middle for Tampa. Vladmir Petrov and Aleksander Kozlov would score for Tampa in the second, while M'Baku Olubori would also score in the period for Baltimore. Nether team would score in the third or overtime, and there is no way to see shootout stats in the index unfortunately, but Tampa would win ether way. TBB would have 3 shots to Baltimore's 17 on the first, 14 shots to Baltimore's 8 in the second, 9 shots to Baltimore's 11 in the third, and 1 shot to Baltimore's 6 in OT. So yeah, good job Tampa Bay goalie, you really had to stand on your head for this one. Alright that it is for this episode of BAP Recap. Next time we will go over the next 4 games for Baltimore, so thank you for reading and I hope to see you all on the ice! |
