When looking at the index, one thing jumps out right away. Quebec has humiliated and dominated this entire year. With an 80% winning rate, they are one of the best teams in recent memory. Despite them already playing more games than previous season due to the extended season, they have lost less games than any other team since the S23 Detroit Falcons. There seems to be nothing that can stop this team from winning it all. This is the greatest team in the franchises short history, and the first time any real expectations have been ask out of them. In fact if they fail to win it all, it would be considered one of the biggest choke jobs in recent memory. Lets take a look at the team.
[S56] Right Wing - Zdenko Beranek The man who currently leads the league in points was Quebecs first ever pick in the draft, and has been playing like it. Beranek has always been seen as a amazing prospect, and leader in the Quebec Locker Room, but can he match the high expectations set by his agent and mentor HOFmer Zach Evan? Beranek has so far stepped up to the plate this season, but can he carry this over to finally return the investment QCC made taking him 1OA two seasons prior? [S56] Center - Jst Maro Someone who might get overshadowed by Zdenko Beranek, Maro is not an SHL blue blood like his teammate, taken all the way in the 6th round of his draft, not much was expected from Maro. But Maro didnt let this lower draft selection deter him, as he kept working hard and earning and now he is 3rd in the league in points, and has become a star of his own right. The questions is can the former late rounder rise to the occasion and help his team win, or will he crumble under the presure when the lights get too bright? [S55] RW - Liam Slate The only player i will be talking about who has been on a team other than Quebec. Slate was traded to Quebec to help make the push for a championship. As a former 1OA in his draft class, Slate is a proven winner, winning it all with the berserkers, and plans on doing the same thing in his short time in Quebec. The main question, is can Slate handle not being the star on this team, and how will he jell with the rest of this established team [S56] Left Defense - Jasper Maximov The person who averages the most time on Ice for QCC and the heart of the defense is Jasper Maximov. The son of a S25 player named Maria Maximov this is a person who leads all defensive players in points. the 2nd pick in QCC's first draft, and is proving thier value to the team that should be pushing for the championship. Can Jasper lead this defense to hold up against Competition when it matters [S56] Left Defense - Boris Petrov Rounding out the defense I wanna talk about is Boris Petrov. I know what some of you might be thinking "Teylora Petrov is there highest rated player on defense and has the 2nd most minutes on the team." But Bayley is stinky so I do not wanna talk about him. Meanwhile Boris Petrov, Teylora's brother, is the more interesting player to talk about. Why? Cause the man is a strait up criminal, with 20 Fights already in this season its clear that Boris has almost no interest in Hockey, he is just a Psychopath on Ice. With over 120 minutes in the penalty box, its a wonder that this man has not been arrested at this point. The question will Petrov actually make it to the final? Or will a warrant for his arrest come before he has a shot to help his team win it all. [S56] Goalie - Mat Smith A waiver pickup, Smith was late to join the expansion team, but has earned a top spot on this team. However despite this, he has only started about half the games for QCC, as a younger Goalie who happened to also be a waiver pickup, named Tyler Hordle, has emerged on the scene. Tyler Hordle, who is a cousin of the famous Football player Alexander Hordle, has pushed Smith to the edge in a fierce Goalie competition, in which both Goalies could be the starter in key matchups in the playoffs. Will it be Mat Smith who tends the net, or will the young Chocolate Milk Drinking Tyler Hordle be the one who shines? This is one of the most dominant teams that I have ever seen (mostly cause ive only been here 1 season). Stacked with future super stars from the top to the bottom, and with an 80% win record, they are the clear favorites to win the cup. Anything short of perfection will be seen as a failure and I believe that if they fail to win the cup, they deserve any amount of trolling or humiliations that they will receive as this is There TITLE TO LOSE. No pressure tho *choking noises* ![]() Kyle Sux Lmap
