I would like to start out by thanking @Ruggsy for all the hard work over the seasons as rookie mentor head and setting the team up in amazing position for the future. Unfortunately, Ruggsy has decided to take a well earned break and is stepping down from his position as mentor. Which leaves me in a very sad position of needing another; whoever gets hired has some very big shoes to fill.

Hiring 1 rookie mentor. Pay is $3.5m with opportunities for performance bonuses.
