Some LR's are terribad and some are solid. Depends on who/how you draft, your send downs and if the GM's post a lot and stimulate discussion.

Last season with the Hitmen our LR had a lot of success if I recall. Carlzner tried to post and help out with the rookies quite a bit and it worked quite well. (It was a great LR for having 2 active rookies and 2 active send downs.)

This current season with the Whalers we have one of the best LR i've ever had. Their's some good and some bad to that but what I know is their is always discussion going on and I think that's good. I try to help the best I can with the rookies and I try my best to answer all of their questions to the best of my abilities.

I think if they have questions they need to speak up. When I was in elementary school I never used to ask questions and that would lead to bad grades in some classes. I eventually turned that around and now am doing very well . We can't read their minds so I would hope that if our rookies have questions they would ask me or Hallsy and we will answer whatever questions they have.


Help Centre would be a great idea imo .
