I like what McZ suggested too, sounds like a good plan as well!

Maybe that and the WC/Olympics bonuses will make IIHF competition more fierce. Ayers will go to teams with less players so they can get better starting chances and chances to have a more direct impact on the money they make.

only this way works ... because i an Nation will stay on the last or first place they would get never anything :lol:

i understand only one Thing .... for having an better spot! for example the Nation was 4th and then 3rd ... they get Money ... in my opinion is that then so how i explained it! but yeah we Need an ranking pay out! only that will work for all and it would be fair! because of pay the GMs .... i am not sure!for me as example isn't it needed! better the whole Team but not too much! idk how many nations we have ... maybe 12 or so! then the best Team in the Rankings will get after each update 1,2 Million per Player(and GM and so on). the last would get 100k! then we would have an small Bonus for the IIHF and maybe some members looking more for nations where they can help and so on
