The Saint Louis Scarecrows two days ago signed a Jesse Janicki-Kax
A big(apparently 6'3",230+lbs) center /wing.
This Jesse Janezik-Kooks kid who according to information provided to me prior to returning last season to play in Serie B (a second tier league) in Italy,wasn't even in hockey for several seasons. The icing on this piece of stink cake is he was driving a Garbage Truck prior to this attempt to restart his hockey odessey.
The Scarecrow management will not release contract details. I can only hope this is another CHEAP stop gap move to simply put a body on the ice ...

I for one don't see this as the type of move..(Signing a former garbageman) that will help Scarecrows attendance or help this beleagured team put a 'W' in the standing in this season.It's apparent that Tennyson is getting shellshocked and this team needs DEFENSIVE help. Unless Scarecrow management has it in this kids contract that he help sweep up the vacant arena and drive a zamboni.

With the fanatic Blizzard fans wringing their hands over a troubling 0-3 start.
A positive so far this season is that the ice surface here has never looked better.
You might not see him on the ice this his final season as it's debatable that his skills could help the team...except when he drives the zamboni in those even clean circles
Yes, resurfacing the ice between periods is the recently signed C/W Jesse Jacek-Kix
The big guy behind the wheel of the zamboni stays sharp by still taking morning skate and after team meetings quickly changes into his second uniform as a member of the Blizzard Ice crew.

"It's truly fine with me , and I really thank the Blizzard for giving me a chance to hang around one more season. I had a decent run and I was always a play the cards your dealt kinda guy ..So with Calgary promoting youth it was time to look at other opportunities..I was set to change careers ..but, I don't want to go into that here.."
