Hello to all recreates and newcomers! The Colorado Mammoths are coming off a season in which we WON THE FOUR STAR CUP!!! Ultimately, we reached our goal and earned our first ever Cup! Definitely, a good active locker room is probably the most important thing I'm looking for in a team.

What are you looking for/expecting in an SMJHL GM/Co-GM?

Someone who cares about his players and who doesn't just want to bring in good on ice performers, but good characters as well. And even though this doesn't concern me, doing everything you can to help first-generation players is probably the most important part of this.

Outside of contracts, what will you do for money in the league? (Ie. GFX, Media, Job, Podcast, etc...)

For some reason I only seem to be picking up unpaid jobs :D. Mostly media I'd say and I have a pretty decent bank account already from my previous player.

What are your goals for your player?

To become a defensively responsible playmaking Center who can help out on Defense if needed.

Are you open to player build advice?

Sure. I have a certain build in mind but of course I'm always open to listen to advice along the way.

How would you feel about playing for the Mammoths?

Don't see why I should have any problem with that Smile

What will keep you motivated?

I'm kinda repeating myself but for me it's a good active locker room with people that I enjoy being around and that I hope I can carry to success by doing the best possible job with my own player.

I feel like I'll do a lot of listening at first while I get used to the community, but eventually I'd like to contribute.

How active do you plan on being? (1-10) Probably a 7? I plan to get on at least once a day, but I'm also working 40 hrs/week, so I want to be realistic about managing expectations.

What are you looking for/expecting in an SMJHL GM/Co-GM? I want someone who can help me develop my player and understand the stats, and manages our bank efficiently. I'd also like them to be participators within the locker room themselves--I want to get to know the people who I'd be "working for"!

Outside of contracts, what will you do for money in the league? (Ie. GFX, Media, Job, Podcast, etc...) I'm a hobbyist writer, so DEFINITELY media--I can reliably crank out clean and polished articles in a relatively short time frame. I do also have GIMP and PS CS6, so I'd like to follow some of the tutorials here to learn to make edits--I can already make small animated buttons and do basic gif-ing.

What are your goals for your player? My #1 goal would be fun backstory and lots of Twitter pals for Mik to chirp! More concretely, all-around TPE improvement--I'd like him to work his way up to being a competitive and difference-making center.

Are you open to player build advice? yes. please yes. absolutely yes. I am a careful planner and will eventually get the hang of things, but again, I'm new and I could use some hand-holding.

How would you feel about playing for the Mammoths? I think it'd be great! I have outside-of-SHL friends in Kelowna and PGF so I'd like to be a depth pick for one of them in my heart of hearts, but I've heard nice things about you guys as well.

What will keep you motivated? Having my friends here to play with me and help me along! Everyone getting excited together is the best vibe.

What are you looking for/expecting in an SMJHL GM/Co-GM? Guidance in player builds and maintaining a positive atmosphere, but that also falls on the players as well.

Outside of contracts, what will you do for money in the league? (Ie. GFX, Media, Job, Podcast, etc...) A lot of writing, since I'm not very good at graphics, but I'll for sure do as many media pieces and point tasks as possible.

What are your goals for your player? Solid offensive defenseman who's also competent in his own zone.

Are you open to player build advice? Absolutely. Times have changed since I was last here.

How would you feel about playing for the Mammoths? I'd be honored to play for any team at all, but especially the defending Four Star Cup champions.

What will keep you motivated? The end goal, obviously, is a Four Star Cup, but the prospect of making it to the SHL and being successful will also definitely keep me going.
