In the last 24 hours, the entire Seattle Riot franchise seemed to have turned upside-down when Abdeezy announced he would be stepping down as head GM to take a position with the Montreal Militia. With that announcement, came the appointment of c as new Riot GM & that's when chaos ensued.

A handful of players, myself included, made it very clear that we wanted out of Seattle as soon as possible. Well, I'm here today to inform you that we have not all completely lost our marbles & the Riot franchise is not imploding. This was all an elaborate April Fool’s prank setup by Abdeezy himself that fooled even a few of us at first. Apologies to any GMs that thought they'd possibly be able to acquire myself, twils or Brummer; we are not for sale & are staying put for the foreseeable future.

It was fun to keep this going for awhile to watch people spin & speculate what was gonna happen (ie. Samee), but out of fear of scaring potential prospects away, I thought it was best to explain what was really happening before we got too close to draft time. Also doesn't hurt to take advantage of double pay week, even for something small such as this.
