The Militia's current team captain Travis Jeziak has been recalled to the West Kendall Platoon, where he will make his SHL debut and we couldn't be happier for him. With that in mind we must name a new team captain. Your leadership for S34... Captain Michael Walker ![[Image: salute.gif]](http://www.mcbroom.biz/forum/mods/smileys/images/salute.gif) Lieutenant Thaddeus Prince 2nd Lieutenant Tim Elliot ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Walker has been a true leader in the Militia locker room, and it was a no-brainer to promote him to team captain. He leads by example both on and off the ice, always finding time to help guide rookies through their development. Prince will continue as assistant captain, no question that his leadership has helped engage new members and he has been the epitome of a team player. Tim Elliot has worked very hard to climb the ranks within this organization. We haven't always made it easy on Tim, but we knew he had so much to offer. In the S33 playoffs we saw exactly what Tim Elliot is capable of, and we hope to see this promotion to assistant captain fuel him to even greater things. Congrats to our captains, and let's get to work!!
