This video really opened my eyes as to how much oil we've used. The amount we use in 24 hours grows on a day-by-day basis, and everything we do relies on fossil fuels. That ratio is scary, 5 million years to make one year's worth of oil for the world. We don't have 25 million years to make the next five years of oil.

Yep, it's ridiculous, but most people really don't care, they think "Sweet did I ever get born at the right time". In the end we are going to suffer from being used to this easy life and then getting a nice slap in the face.
