Henrik lundqvist jr and bad start

Henrik lundqvist jr, a center for the Colorado raptors, has had a very very bad start and has not got many points. he was kind of expecting more so it's sad. he wants to help Colorado but it doesn't seem to be happening. He did get his first goal but he wanted to be a playmaker, no assists yet. It's really been a struggle for the new player. Juniors was expected to be a junior varsity minor league type thing but if he's struggling even here it's not good for his pro chances. He isn't willing to give up yet but seems to be a little unhappy about the whole situation. Maybe he just needs to earn more points but he has earned as much as he can and not seen it pay off. it could be blamed on beginner nerves but that's not a great excuse, not after the first game at least.
Lundqvist Jr. says he will try to do better and seemed to feel bad for not helping the team more. He wants to be the best, to be like the best players in the game. He has passing talent, he just needs to find a way to show it. He just has to get used to the game maybe, maybe he is finally finding his groove. He keeps checking his stats hoping they will go up and maybe they will soon. If he wants to get off the darn fourth line he needs to be better for sure. it will be a battle to find his way and to make his way to the top. He wonders if the pro gms will even be interested in drafting someone with low stats. If on ice stats are everything he is pretty screwed it seems. But he will work hard and get better he says and asks people to give him a chance even though he's not playing good. Maybe the Raptors can do good though. Lundqvist Jr. likes winning and would like to win a championship. maybe he personally can be better in playoffs? that would be a good time to turn things around. we will see I suppose but he needs to do something fast if he wants to catch scouts attention. His career depends on how these next few games go, so that's pretty stressful and weird to think about. Maybe he will go on a hot streak and get to double digit points before the end of the year. that would be about as much as he can hope for with how he started. And maybe he can get on the penalty kill one day and at least be good at defense, he wants to play both ends of the ice and be good at everything. whatever helps the team is important and just improving everything would be good. he will be continuing to do his stuff and grow as a player, and maybe one day he will still be a great star for the league.

Lundqvist Jr. is gonna be a stud next season when he gets moved up the lineup, no worries.
SMJHL stats mean little to nothing to SHL Gm's as well so don't stress. As long as you're actively getting that TPE you'll be good. |
