Lundqvist Jr learns more about draft

it takes more to be a top prospect than once thought it seems. It's not just the points but many other things and if Lundqvist Jr doesn't want to be a big bust he will have to step up his game. Apparently he will need more money in the bank and more activity so it's time to step up his game. Nobody is projecting him to go super high so once again he might be a late pick which isn't exactly what he wanted. His teammates told him a lot of stuff this morning, and maybe if he does it, he can also get off the fourth line and get better stats as he has mentioned before. Lundqvist Jr has not heard from any teams yet which makes him a bit worried since his teammates said that teams would send out scouting stuff but that maybe nobody has interest in him, that would be scary and not good. He also does not know which teams to go to or where is the best place to get drafted to. Also to state the opposite he doesn't know if there's anywhere he doesn't want to get drafted.
You see in the past Lundqvist Jr would just do all the points stuff then leave because what else is there to do once everywhere is done. But now he finds out he should have been commenting on stuff and writing more articles. He hopes that teams will see this post and realize he is worth drafting and taking a gamble on. He will be a good player one day even if people can't see it with how he's failing on the fourth line and playing horrible. He will be a player that is worth picking and that will rival all the best players that have ever played in the league. Maybe he's not great at writing and maybe he has messed up a lot of things but he will do what it takes and wants to prove himself. Hard work really is the best thing, it's a small draft class anyways so he may be one of the better options even if there are people with more experience. He is in it for the long run and wants to go to a team that will treat him right. That will make him happy and one where he can be good for them too. A good fit and a good combination is all he needs and he can make anything work. He hasn't missed any tasks at least so that has to help him. He learns fast and he really likes hockey, so those two things have to be positive in any team's eyes. He trains every week, the team practice and the effort has been making him improve his skills. He plays on both ends of the ice, his defense is his best attribute even better than his passing. He is a playmaker though so of course his passing is great and he is always looking to make that better. He's always working to get better he never settles for what is happening and where he is at now. He asks questions because not only does he learn fast but he is eager to learn and wants to be the best version of himself. And he is not a quitter not now not ever. His strength and determination is what he has to offer and that's what any team would need. He can really develop his natural skill to become something more and to shock everyone. He may end up being the biggest surprise of his draft class and that's something he likes the sound of. Something he likes saying and likes hearing. Nobody might know his name or be interested now but he knows one day that will all change and anyone who passes on him on draft day will look back so full of regret. So disappointed and upset with themselves because they missed out on a one of a kind once in a lifetime player. The guy who could have been their top center and could have played any role they needed him to. Someone who could do it all and shine on the special teams. Who could set up good shooters with good passes and who could be a penalty killing star. Stars aren't made overnight but they're born with that greatness to be unlocked inside their souls. If a team looks closely they will see the star power and the greatness buried deep inside Lundqvist Jr. They will see him slowly making progress to his destiny and the point he needs to be. Knowing what he knows now about the draft will only help him along the path to be a hero and to be a legend. Legends never die and Lundqvist Jr. will fight on to claim that title and to one day be known across the whole league. To be a name that everyone knows, to be a player everyone looks up to. To lead his team to victory and to one day get a cup and hopefully lots of other awards. He may not have paid off for the raptors yet but he will and then he will go tackle the big leagues. Next year he is sure he is going to show juniors what he's made of, he just needs a team to take him before he is able to do that. Unproven players are risky but that's ok, you have to go big or go home on draft day because playing it safe won't get you the top player you need to be a top team. Lundqvist Jr. needs to go up the draft boards of every team because he's a better player than he is given credit for and that is certain, soon everyone will know it and he will go down in history. |
