The Detroit Falcons' roster is currently made up of 10 rookies who were either drafted or signed as free agents in this past season. With the S56 SHL Entry Draft coming up soon, let's take a look at a few of the rookies from Detroit that have a serious shot of hearing their names called come draft day.

Anna Maier - A late season free agency signing in the season, Anna Maier is a two way defenseman that has brought much needed skill to Falcons defensive squad. Finishing the season with 2 goals and 6 assists in 31 games as well as 26 shots blocked. Not a bad season from this young bright star at all and already with 211 TPE, Maier looks to be a late round pick that has the potential of being a draft steal.

Monkey Mann Jr. - Like his fellow teammate Maier, Mann Jr. was another free agency signing for Detroit and while he did not have the best season Mann still continued working hard and grinding all season long and if he continues his work rate, it is more than possible for Mann Jr. to find himself being a 3rd round pick in this next draft.

Valtteri Aalto - A late round draft steal as some would say, Aalto is represented from the highly credible player agent known as "drodge91". Having a wealth of experience with previous clients that all had great careers, Aalto has been working hard all season as Detroit's backup goalie and will find himself as the starter come S57 if he continues at this rate. With this sort of reputation from his agent, Aalto will no doubt hear his name called on draft day and like the 2 others, Aalto may be a draft steal.

Čeněk Iqbal - Originally going undrafted, Iqbal did not find himself on a team until a few days after the draft when Detroit decided to take a shot on him which according to many journalists was seen as a move that made no sense considering the clients that his agent has represent in the past haven't amounted to much except for a few. However, Iqbal is working towards silencing all the haters that doubted this move for Detroit as so far he has earned 218 TPE. Iqbal will more than likely find himself being a 4th round pick as long as he continues working at the pace he has been so far.

Daedalus James - The last player that will be featured on this list is Daedalus James, a true rookie who's agent hasn't represented a single player in the past. This did not stop the Falcons GMs from taking a shot on the kid though when Detroit selected the young kid with the 34th overall pick in the SMJHL Entry Draft. James has so far earned a total of 245 TPE which is very solid and a respectable amount. Like the others, all Daedalus needs to do to hear his name called draft day is to continue working hard like he has been all season.
