As a new proud member of the Anaheim Outlaws, I wanted to take a look at every defenseman listed on the roster, look where they've spent their TP, and how well they've been earning. 

S56 LD Julian Cunningham (199 TPE). Cunningham managed by user tinkthegreat, is a well balanced d man with focus on passing (13), and speed (also 13). The user tink has not made any appearances in the discord since I have been there and their last visit to the site was January 25th. They have only updated their player twice and haven't done so in roughly 6 months. However Cunningham may be needed at least until Anaheim can find some replacements. in the preseason Cunningham had a game rating of 59 and had 0 points .

S56 RD Anna Maier (228 TPE). Maier is a defensive first defenseman, with great defensive read (13) and multiple other good defensive stats. The user IAmAGoatAMA has not been online in months nor updated their player. A sad trend for Anaheim who seems pretty weak on the defensive side. Another defenseman Anaheim should consider replacing when they get a chance. However if Goat were to become active Maier looks like quite the force to be reckoned with. Maier had a goal for one point in the preseason, but had a team low 42 defensive game rating.

S59 RD Brantford Baines (155 TPE). Baines is an offensive first defenseman with a main focus in shooting accuracy (12). The user KingBaines has been active  in discord but has yet to make a payer update thread. They only have 42 minutes of site time, and their only earned money is from their rookie contract. however like fore mentioned Baines is in discord and could become active to start earning some TPE. Baines had a goal and an assist in the preseason for two points and had a team high 17 hits.

S59 RD AJ Tirrell (206 TPE) Tirrell is a speedy defenseman with a focus on offense and physical attributes, specifically speed and stamina (Both 13). FnoRespect (Me) has spent almost 24 hours on the site since joining in early January, and has no plans on slowing down. I have written a couple articles joined fantasy and stayed up date as well as I can with tasks. Tirrell saw first line minutes in the preseason, and earned two assists for two points and also led the defensive core in offensive game rating.

S59 LD Arturs Tumovs (217 TPE) Tumovs is a well balanced defenseman with a focus on stamina (13) and puck handling (12). Tumovs, managed by user Arturs33 already has a beefy bank balance of 6.5 million and is active on discord, and is a pleasure to talk to. Arturs has  been earning well and could be an up and coming breakout player for the Outlaws in the future. Tumovs had the Outlaws first goal of the preseason which ended up being his only point, however Tumovs was a stud in his own zone posting a 66 defensive game rating.

S59 LD Sekai Wollker (240 TPE)  Last but definitely not least is the 21st overall pick in the season 58 SMJHL draft Sekai Wollker. Wollker is a big Icelandic defenseman, who is agile and good on both sides of the ice. Wollker is managed by long time user Gaia Mormont who has a whooping 11.5 million saved in the bank. Gaia is a great discord presence and keeps the other rookies motivated. Oh and did I mention he's one of the assistant captains? Overall great player and leader Woller has a great bright future ahead of him. In the preseason he was the only defenseman to post a higher defensive game rating than his peer Tumovs, posting a 69 DGR.  Wollker failed to get on the board, being the only defenseman to not get themselves a point. He also led the team in penalty minutes by far with 17 (5 coming by way of fight).

overall the Outlaws are very shallow when it comes to defense, but it looks like things could be moving in the right direction quickly with their stacked class of S58 SMJHL draftees.
