Hello everyone,

Following a bit of an interesting double draft media week, a few articles gave us pause for concern. As such the SHL & SMJHL Media teams have added the following rules to media articles:

#1 - All written content to be graded has to be in the first post.
Seriously, it makes our job way easier if we don't have to forage through responses all over the thread.

#2 - Minimum word count to be eligible for payout is 100 words. This is valid for every contributor in a media piece
Self-explanatory. Most of the sub-100 word count articles are troll and end up in the invalid media section anyways.

#3 - Payouts will now have a maximum payout split of 4 users. Exceptions to this will be made on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to the media team before posting such articles.
This is to put media articles in line with podcasts that also have a cap of 4 users. As stated, some exceptions can/will be made on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to myself for SHL or Leafs4ever for SMJHL if you want to post something with more than 4 people split. Note that the minimum word count rule applies to all contributors of an article.
