Hello!

Great Britain is in need of a Co Federation Head. ProjectSaint is stepping down as head and I am taking his place, so I'm looking for someone to help run the team every season.

This job posting requires that you are eligible to transfer to Great Britain so it is not for players who have played 6 or more IIHF games for their host nation in the last 2 seasons. I can contact SMJHL rookies after the beginning of playoffs, because otherwise that is tampering.

Who are we?

Great Britain is a medium-sized IIHF nation with a history of success in the IIHF. We pride ourselves on building our team through the transfer process and creating a locker room of people who are excited to take part in the IIHF tournament every season. We have medaled 7 seasons in a row, not counting this most recent season in which we did not qualify :(, including 2 gold medals and 4 silver. We are looking for managerial talent that can help us maintain our success via test simming and scouting.

What is this job?

As Federation Heads for IIHF, we are responsible for submitting rosters every season, submitting lines for simming, and scouting/transferring players who wish to join us. Compared to regular SHL or SMJHL GMing, this job is a lot less involved and only comes around once a season, though a successful IIHF Federation Head will tell you that there is work to be done throughout the season.

I'm looking for help in a few key areas:

Running Test Sims
Scouting and transferring new talent
Automating our Google sheets and organizing data
War room discussions

This job is perfect for someone who is looking to learn how to GM in a limited capacity, or who has experience and wants to take the reins of an IIHF team and go for the gold! I am looking for an individual who really wants to be here and help out the team, who has a drive to win and a desire to facilitate a welcoming and friendly environment for the team. I want someone who is involved in this community and wants to become more involved.

This job pays $2m per season plus any medal money you earn from being the best.
