Hello everyone!

The SMJHL Awards Committee is looking for a new dedicated users to join our team! I'm now the head of the Committee, so I want someone to take my place around the table.

Job Description:
The duties of an SMJHL Awards Committee member include keeping up to date with stats in the J's, participating in discussions leading up to voting, submitting their ballots before a certain deadline, and providing some justifications on their ballots for certain awards. For those who are new in the league, it's a good way to keep up about what's happening in the league and to learn who are the users you might share a locker room someday.

Payment:
The pay is $2.5M per season, and can also come with a bonus of $500k for those members who go above and beyond in those discussions and justifications.

How to apply:

Why would you like to join the SMJHL Awards Committee?
As an awards committee member you'll have to check any biases at the door. How would you go about making sure that you stay impartial when discussing or voting on awards?
Which stats would you place the most weight on when voting or discussing the top defensive forward? What about the MVP of the league?
If you could change anything about the way awards are handled, what would it be and why?
Is there anything else you want me to know?
