Huh. I guess I never really stopped to consider how the food of Minnesota compares to elsewhere (considering the time I’ve spent in Detroit) but like. Maybe some kind of duck seeing as it’s so prominent on state emblems? I looked it up and they have some kind of like stuffed burger. Also “hotdish” which is an interesting concept.
