I am looking to hire a new Co-GM to help steer the Armada in the future. If you are interested in the position please reach out to me with any questions or applications
If you are currently under contract with an SMJHL team other than Anchorage, you must get explicit permission from your GM prior to applying for this role.

Some of the responsibilities that come with the position will be:

Actively contribute to the locker room with energy and activity; assist in planning and implementing ideas for LR culture/engagement
Assist with scouting, drafting, free agency, and trade evaluations (and ideally, a willingness to coordinate/organize our scouting efforts)
Assist with budgeting and salary cap management
FHM knowledge would be a plus, but not a necessity. Although it would be suggested to own a copy of FHM8 to assist with lines and tactics if needed

Pay for this position is $8,000,000 per season as well as an offseason pass (covering Championship and All-Star Weeks).

Y'har, but that be the wrong questions to be asking.

For I bee on a boat before many times I sailed ocean, she be like a sweet lover of mine. I skilled with a cannon and commanded many seamen. Yee see this makes me the right man to help command yee's Armada, Arrr!

Why do you want the position?:
I wants t'be able to wear an eye patch have me parrot on me shoulder and not get looks of wide eyes when I am on land.

And I want a really big hat. Perhaps with a feather that can be discussed.

What do you think is important in driving locker room engagement and activity?
Plundering riches, rum (lot's o rum), and spices from European Kings. We live to be free and our crews be rich! YA HAR!

What ideas do you have?:
Maybe yee get another boat. We, yee and me, take an island for and make it into a fortress so the English can never take it back. I know we are in Anchorage, but it yee knows it be much nicer in the Caribbean and we are far more likely to run into the Kings vessels traveling to the Americas. Yee lift anchor and we set sails down south to live like Kings! Yee hee har har, Arrrrr!

What do you think makes a good General Manager:
General Manager, ye should change his to Commodore. Fair shares of plunder to all ye's men, maybe a percent or two extra for we. The men's next of kin is well compensated if the unfortunate happens, a few is when it happens. Inspire the men with words so they would run through a brick wall or barenuck fight a Kraken with a will of iorn. Skilled in both a flint lock as well as the sword, ye may be challenged one day a good Commodore is only as good as ye fight. Have a plan, a treasure map, perhaps even be so bold as to chase after the legendary One Piece. YARRRR!

Do you own FHM8?:
Fairlead Main Halyard, and 8 of them. Alas, I do not, but I do know where we can steal them, Arrr!
