Heyo SHL gang! Naomi here from the recruitment team here to hire a new member as @Takk806 has been promoted to fellow head of the department. His spot on the team as a regular member is now thus open!

We officially have 1 new spot open, so bring your A-game when it comes to your application! With that out of the way, here's what you need to know about the job and how to apply.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Seeking new leads for potential areas to reach out to to make promotional content for the league.
  

• Reaching out to the appropriate parties to discuss partnership and promotion for the league.
  
• Helping write or create recruitment material such as recruitment posts, graphic ads or more.
  
• Discussing how to improve recruitment efforts and reach new audiences to grow the league.
  
• Using the /bump command in the main SHL discord server to help us promote on disboard whenever possible.
  

The Pay is a beautiful $6,000,000 SHL dollars after every recruitment cycle concludes.

This time around, Takk and I are specifically looking for a user who'd be specifically taking on an affiliate recruiter role. This means we're looking for someone who:

• Isn't afraid to make contact with people they don't know to try and get approval for promoting our league and can take possible rejections well.
  
• Has skills in researching new avenues of recruitment (Can google new places for us to look at for example.)
  
• Has experience with the program Trello or is willing to learn to keep our recruitment processes organized.

• Do you have any ideas to share on where the League could look to grow in the short and or long term?
  
• Any other pertinent or fun information. While this application post seems serious and intimidating, a good charisma always helps! Let me see some of that personality shine through!
