Today I am here for the 20th Member. I will write about the creations. I thought for a long time who I should take and I have decided to take someone who won several awards and also cups. Today we talk about NUCK. For me it is a honor to write about NUCK but it is also a magic number with the #20 Member as showcase.
Bubba Nuck - The Special One Bubba was drafted by the Hamilton Steelhawks with the 4th overall in the Season 22 SHL Rookie Draft. In Season 24 he won his first Challenge Cup but he also won a Challenge Cup in season 26. After Season 26 Bubba moved to the New England Wolfpack for 2 seasons. After those two seasons he arrived in Calgary and in the very first season he won with the Dragons his third Challenge Cup. They didn't win the Cup in Season 30 but Nuck won a lot of Trophies and also was named to the All Star Team. He won the Scott Stevens, Aidan Richan, Sarmad Khan and Ron Mexico Trophy in Season 30. Not many defenders won 3 or more Trophies in the same season. So this was a special season for Bubba Nuck. In Season 31 he won the Turd Ferguson Trophy. A Season later Bubba won his fourth Challenge Cup in his career. For Season 34 he won once again the Scott Stevens Trophy but also was named to the All Star Team. After the glory time in Calgary for 7 seasons he moved to the Manhattan Rage in Season 36. In his first Season with the Rage he won the third Scott Stevens Trophy in his career and for seasons 36 and 27 he was named to the All Star Team. Season 38 he won his last but fifth Challenge Cup in his career and Season 40 he was the last time named to the All Star Team. For Season 42 he was part of the Seattle Riot Organisation and one season later and also last season in his career he was part of the Minnesota Chiefs. After Season 43 Bubba Nuck ended his glory career and was inducted in the SHL Hall of Fame in Season 45. Bubba his amazing numbers of a career Nuck played in 1055 SHL Games and had 161 Goals, 511 Assists and that brings us to 672 Points. He also had 1213 Penalty Minutes, 1950 Shots, 1322 Shot Blocks and 2330 Hits. With 0.64 Points per Game, 1.15 Penalty Minutes per Game, 1.85 Shots per Game, 1.25 Shot Blocks per Game and 2.21 Hits per Game, Bubba Nuck is one of the best Two Way Defender of all time. His best Season was in Season 30 for the Dragons as he won 4 Trophies. He brought up 14 Goals, 47 Assists, 61 Points, 103 Penalty Minutes, 105 Shots, 56 Shot Blocks and 216 Hits. Brock Nuck - the first and only Forward so far Brock Nuck was drafted in the Season 44 by the Calgary Dragons with the 17th overall. In his sophomore Season 44 Brock won the Four Star Cup with the St. Louis Scarecrows was sent down in the SMJHL. A season later in Season 45 he was called up from the Dragons. In Season 50 he won with the Dragons the Challenge Cup. After Season 52 Brock moved to the West Kendall Platoon until his career ended. But in Season 54 the Team was relocated to Baltimore, so he played from Season 54 to Season 58 for the Baltimore Platoon. After Season 58 Brock Nuck announced his retirement. Brock Nuck his career numbers Brock played 729 Games in the SHL. In those games he had 124 Goals, 182 Assists and 306 Points. With 0.42 Points per Game, 0.47 Penalty Minutes, 1.85 Shots per Game, 0.37 Shot Blocks per Games and 0.92 Hits per Game, Brock Nuck was a Two Way Forward. His best Season was in Season 53 for West Kendall as he brought up 16 Goals, 16 Assists and 32 Points. Will Nuck - the current one Will Nuck was drafted by the Hamilton Steelhawks in the SHL Rookie Draft Season 76 with the 34th overall. He was sent down for Season 76 and 77. For Season 77 he made the SMJHL All Star Team as a player of Maine Timber. In Season 78 Will had his debut season for Hamilton and in Season 80 he won his first Trophy as best Defender. The Scott Stevens Trophy is home in the Nuck Family once again. But he also was nominated for the Aidan Richan Trophy. I just don't understand why Nuck wasn't named to the All Star Team as best Defender of the league in Season 80. He still plays for the Steelhawks today. Will Nuck his actual career stats Will played so far in 323 SHL Games and brought up 63 Goals, 148 Assists and 211 Points. Also Takeaways Will had his career high with 87. In Season 80 he also had 164 Shot Blocks and 82 Hits. The magic Number of #20 is now in the books. Who will be the Number #21? Will it be a Goalie? or a Defender? or a Forward? Or did the next member create all of them since arriving in the SHL? Who knows? 1011 words
