It has been brought to the attention of the NWJHL Commishes that Joel Westbrook sent down from the to the :impact: has 331 TPE which is 6 over the limit, we had believed he was updated before being sent down but that was actually last season and he has played for TNS since, the GMs were unknowing in the process and the error was a miscommunication amongst SHL and NWJHL Commissioners. We are extremely sorry as this was absolutely 100% our fault.

Westbrook will be called up to the SHL; the Northstars and Impact will recieve no punishment as they had no bad intentions and something that we missed should not result in discipline to either team.

So yeah. Our bad big time.
