If you need locker-room permissions done or update/roster threads moved, you can now find a forum set up for these changes with team-specific threads. There are six commissioners assigned to do these updates, with each one responsible for two teams.

This is for the convenience of the commissioners, too, who now won't have to deal with PMs.
