Jordan Hall, not on first line, playing defence and centre next season, new style of forward lines

This next season, Jordan hall will not be playing with his fellow star forwards on the Hamilton roster as he looks to play on some different and unique ways of a line-up as he be playing on the second line Centre with limited ice time awhile Willems,Mckeil and Winter will get loaded up with ice time on the top line and will be one of the best and productive top lines in the league. Hall Will accept the role of being the physical, hard to play against game that will give teams fits all night long, not only is he going to play on the forward unit but he will also play on the defensive unit. This will be the first time he will be playing on the back-end in his career. he has always was a defensive-first forward so this move should be smoothly for him. He isn't a pussy so being a shut down defender will be easy to him also. Him getting doubled shifted will be different in his career it might improve his numbers on every aspect of the game,he will still be used as a centre on the second power-play and the second penalty kill units. This will allow players like Winter, Mckeil and Winter show their stuff as elite star forwards and Hall knows that he needs to stop worrying about the offence game as much as he use to. He might be one of the best players in his own end and getting players off the puck. He needs to bring his game back when he was known as one of the best defensive forwards 4-5 years ago. he is still above average in his own end but he hasn't been able to reach his potential that he once had.

Playing forward with Blaine and Miller.

What mckeil, who was recently named captain of the Hamilton steelhawks thinks of this move for Jordan Hall

"Jordan Hall knows that we can't have 4 successful star players on this team trying to eat up 50 % of the ice time up front, he is the best suited player i think to get the move to the backend in the league, He is still playing as a centre on even strength but it will be limited. I think this just makes us hard to play against as people will forget to try to shut down Jordan Hall and will try to focus their game plan's to shut down the top line. The thing is the top line will be playing together all the time as we are also separated on the 3rd and 4th line playing with players like Tripp,Langabeer and Stich. We have four scoring lines to worry about and this will be the number strength to our roster which is our ability to have every line to have the ability to score a goal. This is a new way of making up lines and hopefully it works as i really want to lift that challenge cup over our head."

Jordan Hall playing defence at practice

So far at Training Camp, Jordan hall is taking his new position on this team very good as he skating with the second line of Blaine and Miller and playing on the defensive unit with Haan who is one of the newest Steelhawks this season. Blaine and Miller are two skilled players and Hall will definetly open up the ice for both of this players to create some unreal plays. Haan who is a great stay at home player, great at moving the puck up the ice but he isn't the most physical defence men in the league. Hall will bring that meanness to that pairing and it will be a greta shut down pairing for this steelhawk team. He will be taking multiple roles on this team and he needs to make sure that he gets all the practice as possible on defensive so he is ready to go from the start of puck drop.

Lines at Training Camp:
Top Line:Mckiel-Willems-Winter 30
Second Line:Hall- Miller-Blaine 30

Top Pairing:Sto heilt-Schultz 40
Second Pairing:Cant-Jalopski 30

I find it scary that a gm can't spell their own player names.
