Registered Posting Freak Gabriel DuJardin showing off his new Jersey After three seasons of playoff disappointments, the New England Wolfpack had to do something. Two of their playoff disappointments came at the hands of the West Kendall Platoon. Sensibly, the New England Wolfpack did what any team would do, make a deal with the "devil"; also known as the West Kendall Platoon. In a bid to strengthen their playoff hopes, New England acquired Armin Brovalchuk and two draft picks for a hefty package, including third year defenseman Gabriel DuJardin. DuJardin, who was playing on the second defensive pairing with Chuck Weird currently has 17 points in the regular season. "I kind of knew it was coming, there was sort of an overall feeling in the locker room that something had to happen. I'm sad to leave my home for the past two and a half seasons, but I welcome the change." On West Kendall, DuJardin will likely be on the top pair, giving him more opportunity to help a re-tooling West Kendall. "I'm happy that I will be able to help a young team like West Kendall. Hopefully I can help them do well for the rest of the season, and potentially the post season. We have a great group here and I want to help as much as I can."
