I just don't see what's so bad about 4th overall for a rebuilding team (considering our draft and our league which is nothing like the NHL)...especially when you still get 13th as well.

Oh don't get me wrong I'm fine now. But let's say next year that there is a definitive top 3 and this happens again? That just doesn't make sense to me. I feel like this would be a very easy and sensible thing to change for the future.
