We are the type of team that wants to promptly address the backlog of items on our agenda. The first of these backlogs is making sure the members of our teams are properly congratulated for the time they have spent on the ice and as a Mammoth. Team Awards is an important part of any franchise and @Jay and I are proud to present these trophies to these deserving players. Etching their names forever into the Colorado Mammoths history books. Being a member of the Colorado Mammoths is going to mean so much more when future players can look back on the people that have played in the great city of Denver. Without any further ado here are your S32 Colorado Mammoths award winners!

S32 Colorado Mammoths Team Awards S32 was a difficult year for the Colorado Mammoths. The first year of teams missing the playoffs in the SMJHL was not kind to the Mammoths. Being one of two teams, along with St. Louis, to miss the SMJHL Post-season. The team definitely had a down feeling. The players on the teams struggled to stay motivated due to terrible production on the ice and a lack of excitement for games. But despite this terrible year, some players truly stood out among the rest and showed their resilience. The Team Leadership Award Our first award goes to the player who most displays the quality of a leader. Even through the toughest times in the franchise, this player continues on the fight and shows the rest of the team what it means to be a Mammoth. The winner of the Colorado Mammoths Team Leadership award for the S32 season is none other than Veli Kaalinpää (Tanner). Kaalinpää has since gone on to show his leadership skills as a player coach for the Portland Admirals of the SHL. His time in Colorado was brief but fruitful. While his stats won't be anything special in the long run. His time as a leader has helped the younger players on the Mammoths grow into their own. We couldn't think of a better player for this award. The Most Dedicated Player Award Our next award goes to the most dedicated player on the Colorado Mammoth. This award goes to the player who spends the most time working on their skills during the season. Someone who takes their game to the next level while on the Mammoths. While not only an award about personal growth, The Most Dedicated Player Award also goes to the player that goes above and beyond with their team first attitude. Thewinner of the Colorado Mammoths Most Dedicated Player Award for the S32 season once again is, Veli Kaalinpää (Tanner). Kaalinpää gave everything he had to the Colorado Mammoths in his short stint as a defender and player coach while in Denver. He took on responsibilities that other rookies could not dare of and, while his time was short in Colorado, will be remembered as one of the most dedicated players to pass through the doorways. The Tim Buckner Trophy Next up we have The Tim Buckner Trophy. The Buckner is awarded to the best two-way forward playing for the Colorado Mammoths. While the S32 season was quite stark in terms of stats we had one forward that distanced himself from the rest of the pack. That forward was Alek Koivu (BigTittySmitty). Koivu notched 26 points in 50 games, along with 79 hits and 5 blocked shots. He also lead the team in faceoff % for a player taking more than 500 faceoffs with very good 52.63% average win rate. Top Offensive Forward (The Potato Chips Trophy) The Top Offensive Forward trophy goes to the forward that displays the best scoring touch while not being a complete liability. This trophy will now be named The Potato Chips Trophy. Honoring one of the best offensive players in the history of the Mammoths franchise. The winner of the S32 Potato Chips Trophy is yet again, Alek Koivu. Our second back to back trophy winner for S32! Koivu put in 7 goals and 19 assists in 50 games. Congrat again (BigTittySmitty)! The Kristoffer Ruud Trophy The Kristoffer Ruud Trophy goes to the best defender to play for the Colorado Mammoths. This means the best all-around defender. The player who anchored the blueline and showed that they were the wall between the other teams forwards and the goaltender. The winner of the Kristoffer Ruud trophy, and the first three time winner since Ruud won it three straight years in S25/S26/S27, Maverick O'Dooley (Dooley). O'Dooley posted a team high 28 points all while blocking a team high 68 shots. O'Dooley also showed his defensive prowess by having one of the best +/- ratios on the team while playing nearly the most minutes! The Jacob Andrews Trophy The Jacob Andrews Trophy is awarded to the goaltender who shows the most skill and embodies the strong goaltending heritage that Jacob Andrews left during his fantastic tenure. The S32 winner of the Jacob Andrews Trophy is Carter Fleury (Carter). He struggled in his games for the Mammoths in S32 but still did well considering how badly the season turned out. Congrats Carter! Top Rookie The award for top rookie is pretty self explanatory. This award goes to the player that performed the best in their first season with the Colorado Mammoths. Many rookies come into the SMJHL confused and unable to perform. Sometimes rookies come into the league and know exactly what they are doing. The winner of the S32 Colorado Mammoths Rookie trophy is Teddy Kesler (Jala). Kesler scored 20 points, only eight behind the points leader for the Mammoths, and cemented his spot as one of the brightest young stars in the SMJHL. Congrats Kesler! Season MVP The seasonal MVP trophy goes to the player who performed the best for the Colorado Mammoths during the S32 season. They embodied what it meantsto be a Mammoth. On and off the ice. They performed in the clutch and made the success that did happen on the ice happen via their play. They were the catalyst for all things. The MVP of the S32 season for the Colorado Mammoths is Tord Yvel (TrazanApanzzon). Congrats Tord. Your play on the ice and leadership off made you the most important player on the Mammoth. While your numbers didn't grab you any of the individual trophies above, your play on the ice and presence as part of the Mammoths made you the most valuable player to the Mammoth!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

S33 Colorado Mammoths Team Awards S33 was a much better season for the Colorado Mammoth. The emergence of some of their young players and the continued shining of their veteran players allowed them to be a much better team than the previous year. The Mammoths made the leap to the playoffs and saw some of their young stars put up numbers that dwarfed the years in the prior year. The Mammoths have taken grasp of a playoff spot and have begun to grow into a playoff team. The Team Leadership Award Our first award goes to the player who most displays the quality of a leader. Even through the toughest times in the franchise, this player continues on the fight and shows the rest of the team what it means to be a Mammoth. The winner of the Colorado Mammoths Team Leadership award for the S33 season is one of the best leaders the team has seen, Zinaida Titova (galatix). Zinaida joined the Mammoths in S31 and since has grown into the epitome of a team leader. Her skills on the ice are only put to shame by the kind of person she is in the Locker Room. Her ability to inspire a group is one of the main reasons the Mammoths did so well in S33. We at the Mammoths see this only continuing as S34 comes into focus. The recipient for the S33 season, once again, is Zinaida Titova (galatix). She has shown the rest of the team what it means to be a Colorado Mammoths player. Her continued presence in the locker room and dedication to being the ultimate Mammoths player nets her this second award. Titova is dedicated to playing the game that her teammates and GMs have wanted her to play. Always a selfless player, Titova has become the face of the Mammoths franchise and Seattle is lucky to have such a hard working player on their team. The Tim Buckner Trophy Next up we have The Tim Buckner Trophy. The Buckner is awarded to the best two-way forward playing for the Colorado Mammoths. The winner of this award is one of the other staple players on the Colorado Mammoths. While not as outspoken as the previously mentioned Titova, our award winner, Teddy Kesler (Jala) has always exuded quiet confidence. He's the type of player that teams can build around. A player of all types with offensive skill. A swiss army knife of a player and someone that can play in every situation. Kesler has become one of the pillars of Mammoths history and looks to continue building his SMJHL legacy in the upcoming season. The Mammoth are very lucky to be able to have him on their team. He and Titova make up what might be one of the best lines in S33 and more likely S34. The Potato Chips Trophy The Potato Chips Trophy goes to the forward that displays the best offensive touch while not being a complete defensive liability. The winner of the S33 Top Offensive Forward Trophy is yet again, Zinaida Titova; with her 3rd award of this ceremony. Titova scored a team best 46 points on 18 goals and 28 assists. Having a breakout season in the SMJHL, Titova proved she is a force to be reckoned with with the puck on her stick! The Kristoffer Ruud Trophy The Kristoffer Ruud Trophy goes to the best defender to play for the Colorado Mammoths. This means the best all-around defender. The player who anchored the blueline and showed that they were the wall between the other teams forwards and the goaltender. The Winner of the Kristoffer Ruud trophy and the first four time winner of the award is Maverick O'Dooley (Dooley). Dooley has won this award all four of his years playing in Colorado. O'Dooley has set a gold standard for defensive play in Colorado. Having always been the anchor for the Mammoth. O'Dooley is currently an unrestricted free agent in the SHL. Surely with his pedigree someone will attempt to sign the four time award winner. The Jacob Andrews Trophy The Jacob Andrews Trophy is awarded to the goaltender who shows the most skill and embodies the strong goaltending heritage that Jacob Andrews left during his fantastic tenure. The S33 winner of the Jacob Andrews Trophy is Landon Boeing (boeing33). Boeing came into Colorado as a true rookie and started nearly half the games in the season. Sharing time with Carter Fleury, Boeing showed that he had the skill to surpass the veteran goalie and performed better than him with a save percentage .010 points better than Fleury and a GAA that was nearly .10 better than the veteran. Boeing enters his 2nd season as the starter for the Mammoths and looks to have an even better season. Top Rookie The award for top rookie is pretty self explanatory. This award goes to the player that performed the best in their first season with the Colorado Mammoths. Many rookies come into the SMJHL confused and unable to perform. Sometimes rookies come into the league and know exactly what they are doing. The winner of the S32 Colorado Mammoths Rookie trophy is Finn Larsson (xfactorx121). Larsson was trusted with big minutes for the Mammoths and came out of the season with 23 points and a nearly 50% faceoff percentage as a rookie center. Larsson looks to take a bigger role this season and help the Mammoths push as aserious contender! Season MVP The Seasonal MVP trophy goes to the player who performed the best for the Colorado Mammoths during the S33 season. They embodied what it means to be a Mammoth. On and off the ice. They performed in the clutch and made the success that did happen on the ice happen via their play. They were the catalyst for all things. The MVP of the S33 season for the Colorado Mammoths is Zinaida Titova (galatix). Zinaida leaves the day with her fourth award of the S33 season. Her play on the ice set the tempo for everyone around her and she was in large part the driving force for the Colorado Mammoths. She returns with this hardware to push for another; and maybe more! Playoff MVP The Playoff MVP trophy is awarded to the Mammoths player that performs the best in the SMJHL playoffs and sets the example for the other players. While the Mammoths playoffs was short, losing to Kelowna in six games, in that time our winner played above a PPG pace and showed their clutch play. The winner of the S33 Colorado Mammoths Playoff MVP trophy is Teddy Kesler (Jala). Kesler played above and beyond in the playoffs and showed the Mammoths, and his SHL team, that he is a big time performer. Kesler is poised to put this clutch mentality to work again in S34 as he centers the top line on the Mammoths and one of the best lines in the entire league. Congrats to all our award winners. We're really glad to have had you on our team or currently playing for us. You're all incredible people and we wish you the best of luck in all your endeavors!
![]() ![]() ![]() Registered S24, S26, S30, S31 Challenge Cup Champion
