Sig 1: This is a great looking sig. Let's start with the background - it does exactly what a good background should do - be in the background and not be the main focus of the image. Since it's dark and relatively subtle, the attention is automatically drawn to the render's face instead. The lighting around the face is done well and it's sharp, possibly even a little too sharp. The text is positioned below it and functions as a secondary focus element.

Sig 2: What I complained about above with the render being too sharp could've helped this sig instead. Except for the render's head - which seems to be the main focus point - the body and the background kind of blend into each other. It's possible that you've done this on purpose, but you lose depth by doing this and the sig loooks a little flat. The text on the jersey plus the texture layer on makes everything look a bit busy and the text color is partly so dark that it's hard to read. You could've moved everything further to the right and improved the lighting a bit like on the left half of the text, that could've helped.

Sig 3: The style reminds me of sig no. 1 above. Blurred background, head of render sharpened so it's the main focus point. The glove of the goalie is also sharpened which creates more depth and this improves the sig overall. Even though the text is positioned nicely to fill out the empty space, it does look better in sig no 1. Blending it a bit more would help so that it doesn't look like it's floating on top of everything.
