Tracking Spreadsheet SHL S49 Game 84 - HAM @ SFP SHL Game 84 Advanced Taterlytics Report: Posessor: Robert Phelps @DrunkenTeddy Team: Hamilton Steelhawks Victim: Joseph Lombardi @bluesfan55 Team: San Francisco Pride Time: 8:33 of 1st period Total possession time: 8:33 Hot po-take-to: Robert Phelps, first line center, patiently waited before he started the potato game. When he finally had a chance to line up a player, he knew Lombardi was his target. He delivered a brutal hip check to Lombardi, and proceeded to scream "Lombardi otb" to anyone who could hear him. SHL Game 84 Advanced Taterlytics Report: Posessor: Joseph Lombardi @bluesfan55 Team: San Francisco Pride Victim: Dank Boija @Snussu Team: Hamilton Steelhawks Time: 1:29 of 2nd period Total possession time: 12:56 Hot po-take-to: Joseph Lombardi, second line winger for the Pride, was hurt by the rumor that he was all of a sudden on the trade block. He didn't do much to finish the first period, but after getting reassurance from his manager during the intermission that it's just a meme, he went out and leveled Boija the first chance he got. Skating off the ice, he yelled "Boija otb!" but just got blank stares from his teammates. SHL Game 84 Advanced Taterlytics Report: Posessor: Dank Boija @Snussu Team: Hamilton Steelhawks Victim: Charlie Schieck @Grapehead Team: San Francisco Pride Time: 16:03 of 3rd period Total possession time: 34:34 Hot po-take-to: Dank Boija, second line center for Hamilton, finished the second period with the Potato. He held it for most of the third period, as well. He said after the game he was looking for Lombardi. When he finally accepted that Lombardi wasn't leaving the bench, he lined up Schieck and gave him a love tap. Skating past the Pride bench on his way off the ice, he pointed at Lombardi and mouthed "Lombardi otb," eliciting snickers from Lombardi's teammates. SHL Game 84 Advanced Taterlytics Report: Posessor: Charlie Schieck @Grapehead Team: San Francisco Pride Victim: Jimmy Cahill @JLysohirka Team: Hamilton Steelhawks Time: 18:57 of 3rd period Total possession time: 2:54 Hot po-take-to: Charlie Schieck, first pairing defense, wasn't one to take part in the meme game that was goigg on between the teams this game. Having the potato for just under 3 minutes, he leveled Cahill, sending him to the quiet room for the concussion protocol. It was the third big hit of the game for Schieck. After the game, he said how disappointed he was in both teams players for the on ice meme-ery that was going on. SHL Game 84 Advanced Taterlytics Report: Posessor: Jimmy Cahill @JLysohirka Team: Hamilton Steelhawks Victim: N/A Team: San Francisco Pride Time: N/A Total possession time: 1:03 Hot po-take-to: Jimmy Cahill, third pairing defense, had to be helped off the ice and down the hall by his teammates. Through 16 minutes of ice time, he finished the game with 0's across the board for any kind of meaningful stats. He was cleared of a concussion, and would he available for his teams next game. SHL S49 Game 92 - WIN @ HAM SHL Game 92 Advanced Taterlytics Report: Posessor: Jimmy Cahill @JLysohirka Team: Hamilton Steelhawks Victim: Ola Wagstrom @StamkosFan Team: Winnipeg Jets Time: 13:09 of 2nd period Total possession time: 33:09 Hot po-take-to: Cahill, still apparently shaken up from the hit he took last game, finally managed to shake the cobwebs during the first intermission. Early in the second, he'd take a high sticking penalty before getting an assist in a mid-period goal. After bumping into Wagstrom to pass the potato, he picked up another penalty in the third. He finished the game with 1 assist, 3 hits, and 1 shot block. It looks like he's back on his game. SHL Game 92 Advanced Taterlytics Report: Posessor: Ola Wagstrom @StamkosFan Team: Winnipeg Jets Victim: Jax Duggan @SecondSucks22 Team: Hamilton Steelhawks Time: 5:29 of 3rd period Total possession time: 12:20 Hot po-take-to: Ola Wagstrom, double shifting on the first and fourth lines, laid it all on the line this game. Wagstrom finished the game with 4 shots on goal and 3 hits. The only hit that mattered, though, was when he sent Jax Duggan flying over the boards and back into his bench, sending the potato flying with him. It's a hit that will be on Wagstrom's highlight reel for years to come. Unfortunately, it will also be on Duggan's low-light reel for years. SHL Game 92 Advanced Taterlytics Report: Posessor: Jax Duggan @SecondSucks22 Team: Hamilton Steelhawks Victim: N/A Team: Winnipeg Jets Time: N/A Total possession time: 14:31 Hot po-take-to: Jax Duggan, sulking from the hit he took, was all over the place for the rest of the game. While he finished the game with 1 shot and 1 hit, it was a hit too early and too meaningless. You could see the potato in his eyes, he knew what he had and that he had to get rid of it. Unfortunately, it was a case of a player getting shaken off his game. Every time he went for a hit, he missed horribly. Unfortunately for him, the only person he did manage to hit was J.P. Gay as they were changing lines. The league doesn't count hits on your own teammates, and as such the potato wasn't transfered. ![]() |
