just started lifting again after not working out for a month and a half cause of a protruding disc...im weak AF now

Gonna start, hopefully next week, working out again. Haven't lifted or anything since June. Shouuuuuuuuuld be fun.....

I have such troubles getting motivated during the school year....I worked out all summer and now I just don't have the motivation :(

Protein & Creatine right now. I have used t-boosters, every pre-workout made, fat burners, etc. I recommend using a multi-vitamin pack, like Opti-Men or the one Animal makes. Oh and I eat a shit ton of meat.

The supps you take will change depending on your goals.

Mostly do forearm work outs. Save on protein doing it too.

I am forced to do kegel exercises anytime a puck is shot at Antti Niemi because my sphincter closes shut because im always so damn scared hes going to fall over and let the puck in.

When I wanted to put on strength and mass, I for stronglifts 5x5. Made great gains quickly and healthily. Stopped for a while to focus my training on a half marathon. Back at it now but also doing HIIT cardio to cut down

After I advance and keep a good diet and excerise for a bit, I wanna move onto lifting.... Any advice for beginners? What should I start with etc.

To be honest I just kind of googled some stuff, didn't really stick to a hard schedule. Eventually I found a routine I liked and I found exercises for each muscle group that I preferred too.

I'm sure some others would have better advice than this though.

Read. It helps. People experiment a lot before they find what they like. I personally am running Push/Pull/Legs/Push/Pull/Legs/Off-day. I will change it to Iso when I don't see any results, but I've had results ever since I started. It depends on what you want in results too. Some people want to be massive while others want to be strong and sinewy.

I am a beast on the leg press, can press like 190 for 60 seconds. Other then that I am pretty shit, because I do a lot of biking.
