I agree that he shouldnt have said that but have you seen our roster? We have 2 legit top 4 guys in Karlsson/Ceci and Methot is finally back after missing a while. Half of our defense shouldn't be in the NHL. I hope we do serious rebuild for once.

Naw I see Gelinas as a PP weapon who can really only play 3rd pair minutes. Personally I'd see a deal involving Merrill or Severson since both have serious potential but I don't see the Sens having much interest in Gelinas since we have our own version in Wiercioch.

Yes but still it's still a huge gamble because a lot of people don't believe in Cameron which puts him in a bad position with the fans, should have kept MacLean until the end of the year then hired Richardson since I think he wouldn't mind moving to Ottawa in the offseason. I don't know what happens behind the scenes but I believe Richardson would be a pretty good player coach in the NHL.
