Montreal Impact Announcement
#1

Today, we have a big announcement regarding the Impact management. Effective immediatly, ThatDamnWalrus will not be apart of the management team here in Montreal. TDW was a good Co-GM for me last season, and I wish him all the best.

The main reason for this firing is that I wanted to bring in another member whom has GM'd before, and has GM'd with me. He is great at making lines, and has led both SMJHL and SHL teams to championships and finals appearances.

This has ABSOLUTLY nothing to do with TDW as a member on this site, or as MANY of you may think this is about, it is not about the Renegades/Dragons rivalry or whatever it is now. This is strictly business for the Impact, as I want to bring that cup back here.

Without further ado, the new Co-GM of the Montreal Impact is..........Hallsy

I know what you guys are thinking, and think that. Hallsy is a person whom has helped me throughout the early stages of my career, as well, was my GM partner in Vancouver when we made it to the finals. He will help me a lot with his experience as a GM in both the SMJHL and SHL, and I hope we can bring Montreal the success we had in Vancouver back in S14/15/16.

I'm a little confused. Shouldn't you go through applications before getting head GM?

Byrde stepped down midseason in S21, and I was Co-GM so I took over

It is what it is

But it's not, since every other GM had to work for his spot and you're being handed head
