That's true. With growth comes the reinterpretation of what is and is not acceptable. If there's disparity between what committees feel that is and what the people who are more publicly subjected so such things feel that is, then it should be addressed.
Also people should know straight up if I'm drafted to the same team as Damn-back I'll more than likely demand a trade.
What damback do?

Just so you know, we received complaints about both R+ and Maxy over the last few days but after looking at each of these cases closely, we came to the conclusion that under the CURRENT set of rules neither one of them should be suspended.
I'd summarize the upcoming changes to the suspension guidelines as "Just don't be an asshole!", but under the current set of rules being an asshole isn't suspendable just yet. If it was then we would've taken action already.#
If you guys ever think that you or someone else has been treated unfairly or that we have missed something somewhere around the boards then please don't hesitate to contact me or any other member of the discipline committee. That's more helpful for all sides involved than just throwing passive-aggressive jabs in a suspension thread.
And as a quick fyi, the current discipline committee was just recently formed and I didn't take over as head of the committee until last night. So if there was a case in the past that you are unhappy with then we will gladly answer your questions about it, but chances are that we had nothing to do with it back then because the DC itself didn't even exist yet or was just in the process of being founded, so our knowledge about these situations might be limited too. We are just getting started with our work as members of the DC and with our efforts to implement some changes to the discipline system in this league so please be patient while we are working on some further announcements. Until then, I'm always happy to hear your feedback and suggestions!

I think some of the problems people have with eachother could be hashed out if they just jumped into a chatroom and spoke back and forth a bit. Maybe that's a bit too optimistic, though.

Didn't read the initial post?
Mostly that. Ever so consistently. While still having just oodles to say.
But back on topic, I agree with Allegiant. It's easy to calculate and go back and forth on a forum while letting tempers flare, but in real time, you can get to the bottom of things quickly and efficiently.
Getting accused of favoring Texas is pretty funny for me btw, if you guys knew anything about me than you'd know that I can't stand the Renegades at all  . But I don't let this influence my work and my decision making as a member of the discipline committee, everyone deserves fair and equal treatment no matter if you like the team they are on or not. Working with the members of the committee that are on the Renegades has been nothing but great so far, they are among the most committed guys in the DC and I'd say we get along very well - and this suspension was one that everyone agree on unanimously, people who don't like the Renegades, people who are on the Renegades and people who don't ****ing care about their conflicts with the league.
