From what I saw. We were noting but accompanying when Hallsy wanted to leave. Maybe I missed something, but he always told us he wanted to go back to Winnipeg and we understood
FourFour I'm not sure what exactly happened and now that he is a part of DGA we will figure out a solution, but to make the Rene's LR come off as a hostile environment is anything but the truth.
If one or two members upset FourFour to the point where he wishes to leave, then fine, they are in the wrong and we will look at it. But to generalize an entire team over a couple of members is not just.

In reality, the onus is on members to act civil, not the DC to act like Nazis. We get the bad rap for trying to keep things civil but if you are going to make foul comments, expect consequences. We don't need to baby anyone here, you all know what line not to cross.

Can speak from 2 yrs with the team, we have never thrown out a team member. I was joking above when I said true to gorlabs post. Hallsy leaving to WPG was something brewing for a while, but we kept convincing him to stay 1 more season.

I think there was actually way more backlash to the Platoon-thing, seemed to me like most people just shrugged it off as "Meh, typical Texas stuff..." when you guys did it. I could be wrong though, stopped following this at all like halfway through the first page :lol:

The point is that none of that stuff is acceptable. We have a DC now and we will publish some guidelines to help it out but none of those shit storms are acceptable
