I do agree, however, that there is a line that shouldn't be crossed. I just think the DC need to get a line drawn in the sand ASAP so the league can put a stop to stupid bullshit like this

Except the Platoon didn't troll the league the head office did. That was there idea, which no one on the team except for Julien knew about, and even then he wasn't too informed or a part of it. Platoon never attempted to troll with the Aztecs thing, just thought I would impart that tidbit of wisdom.

I meant more in a sense to nip it in the bud so posts like Alex's, or Maxy's in response to R+-, never even get started so we don't have to deal with people getting angry and crossing over the line. I've never seen Wert lash out like that. He's usually a LR dweller

I would not be opposed to creating a rule that does away with trolling threads or threads fishing for a shitstorm.
the thing is, this league can create a shit storm out of a regular thread.

Yeah but usually those start with something constructive. Usually being the operative word. Then someone misunderstands something someone else said and off they go. I believe, however, that taking out the posts that are created solely to create tension would decrease the amount of suspensions dramatically. There's no reason for them to be made
I'm not saying that this league will be perfect because we never will be and the DC will still need to be around. It's just pointless for those types of posts to go by unpunished when this specific one has led to two suspensions of other people

The one thing that really bothers me (and I think a lot of other people as well) is that all the good members on Texas, which there are indeed quite a few of, don't hold the trolls and assholes accountable. You guys keep pointing out how many good guys there are on your team and many of you are holding important league positions and are doing a good job there. Park is the best Commissioner this league has had in a long time imho, working with Smitty and Deener in the DC has been nothing but great so far and there are many others on the team that I've always gotten along well in personal interactions...
But at the end of the day you still are more than happy to let your goons do the dirty work for you and enjoy the drama they create. Now maybe you are indeed trying to hold them accountable internally and try to get people to be better representatives of your organisation, but if you do it certainly isn't working at all. Even if the trolls are just a vocal minority, they are a vocal minority that is stomping all over you other guys on Texas. And if you don't realize that or if you do realize it and have just accepted it as a fact you can't change, then you are as much to blame for the atmosphere these guys create as they are themselves.
