Just to give you guys some more insight on our thought process... We think that people who hold a league job should be held to a certain standard, especially when a discussion is directly related to their job. When I was first made aware of the report I also thought that it wasn't that bad but then I read through the entire thread and saw how Narconis conducted himself throughout the discussion and how arrogant and rude he was especially to some of our newer members. This kind of behavior shouldn't bet acceptable and combined with the fact that Narconis is a repeat offender, it made us unwilling to be lenient when he had his outburst.
We are aware that sometimes people go unpunished for similar comments and there is a bunch of reasons for that, sometimes their posts simply aren't reported, other times the circumstances make us a little more forgiving. Stuff like this can lead to us losing good active young members, that's why we treat it more strictly then when some veteran members who don't hold a job say stuff like that in an argument. It's all about the circumstances or we would have to suspend a loooot more of people, they often work in your favor but sometimes they work against you as well... I can only promise you that we try to always be fair with these decisions and hope that you trust us with that. If not then feel free to send any suggestions you have to me or any other member of the discipline committee.
