Mention that a group of people should be exterminated, no punishment. That same person reports someone for making a comparison of a member to someone who actually did that? Suspension. Smile

That said Hitler/nazi jokes are dumb af, lets raise the bar a bit. I see lots of ppl who were mad at birks for saying to exterminate Russians who are laughing at Jamie's comparison of deener to Hitler. Let's be consistent like the DC is trying to be!

Birks did not report JMe...

And as I've said like 20x now, if Birks said that now, he would be punished if I had my way (And I think the DC wholeheartedly agrees) we can't change the decisions of past DC's and we can't punish people for posts that are now like 4 months old.

If thats the Case NHL players wud only get 3 games per suspension. You have to look at reputation and past.

If a small time punk keeps doing small time minor crimes and keeps getting slaps on the wrist because it's the same small time crime and they treat it as a new thing each time people would be furious.

I wouldn't say it's punishment based on reputation, moreso it's punishment based on past actions.
